Any update on the insurance claim? How's the new search coming? Will you get another SC? If you don't what other cars would you consider?

I got a whopping 14K for my baby : (
To be honest my finances has taken a huge drop since I bought my baby. I was a young Account Executive for a mortgage firm when I first bought her but as we all know....that went to hell. I am now in school to be an RN. I am going to drive a daily driver I have until I graduate. It allowed me to quit my job and live off the 14K and focus on school.

All things happen for a reason, you know. We need more and more RN's so you will definitely not have a problem finding a job! Keep us posted and let us know if we can help. About the cheapest SC I can think of would be about $10-$12k with a TON of miles and salvage title, etc.

I just looked at a SWEET 1999 SC300 for a friend here in Dallas for $7500 black on tan, chrome wheels, really really nice if you want to part with half of your settlement for a sweet daily "beater" SC first generation? It's not a convertible, but it's a great car. Also for about $5k you can get a nice older Miata, Rx-7 or maybe even a old ES with some miles on it. Let me know if I can help.

Too be honest, I could never go back to those cars from my Lexus. I'm kind of the scarred lover right now.
