Congrats on the purchase and good choice on the color. You'll love the car.

As far as throttle response goes, I'm pretty sure they make headers and cold air intakes for the 3UZ. I've seen headers on LS430's offer a nice increase in power. They are the same engine so it should fit just fine.

congrats! I've also had a 2004 S2000 before and two SC's. Apples and Pineapples comparison but long term you'll be much happier with the SC! You'll definitely be a little more comfortable if not any other improvement!

night & day ! your honda is an over-priced miata in my book. i've been a honda fan for years but getting my 1st lexus has completely hooked me. fantastic car. assuming i have the moolah, i plan to drive my 03 into the grave then buy another one (2010 maybe). i'm 56 so that means a lexus sc430 until i'm well into retirement.
