Default wheel options for 2007

Where would I find an illustration of stock wheels originally available on 2007 sc430?

You can google the model and find the first write ups and pictures for that year.

Sewell our vendor has some nice pics of the options...both standard and accessory wheels.

I'll answer your question though:

2007 Standard wheel is the revised 5-star wheel in a gunmetal polished look. You can buy them chrome on here.

The 2007 Pebble Beach Edition debuted a beautiful new wheel called the G-Spider, which comes in a staggered setup (rear is wider than front) or you can order same size all around if you have a AWD like the GS and IS counterparts that this wheel also fits.

Other accessory wheels are the Tourmalines (very common accessory wheel and popular) and newer the F Sport and ISP Mode are recent accessory adds for the IS models that also fit our lug patterns.

A very rare OEM find would be to find the 2008 Pebble Beach Wheels which are a six spoke wheel only featured once on the Pebble Beach Edition. I've seen before as an acessory wheel. If you really like it, send me a PM I can help you search for it. Here it is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lexus...item27bfa75cf2

Here is the Sewell OEM wheel options:

The lexus.com model library also lists it out and shows a pic:

Here are technically the two wheel options in 2007...the G-spiders and the Standard 5-star.

Not to confuse you but any other SC430 wheels will fit too...pics 3-5 are others such as the popular tourmalines, six spoke circa 2010+ and six spoke 2008PB

I don't understand why all the oem wheels are so heavy, like 27-28 lbs each for the 18" ones.

For the performance oriented models, GS and IS, they should use lighter wheels. I changed out the stock wheels with 21 lbs lighter aftermarket ones and the improment is significant in term of traction, handling and high speed stability.

I wonder if the F-Sport or ISP modes are lighter? Actually I just answered my own question...

The ISP's are 26lbs and the F-Sport are a svelt 21lbs!!!! Just about the weight of a good sized pumpkin! With the seeds of course...LOL

Yeah, the F-sport wheels are forged, in a completely different league.

Default F-sport wheels

I've been looking at the F-sport wheels but I can't judge how they would look on the silver sc430. They seem to a dark silver finish but not the gray graphite like the other F wheels so might look good. I also like the G-spyders but want 19" and lighter weight. Has anyone seen a picture of the F-sport on silver?

Ah rats! It was a white one I saw...maybe black. I can't remember! Too many cars. At any rate, here is a pearl white IS350C F-Sport Special Edition which has a nice silver glow to the pearl...it will give you a little idea:

Just my two cents but I think it looks HOT! Looks like they may set you back nearly $2 bills if you have the coin. Get from Sewell and use our discount for sure. Very sharp wheels!!!

Hi jzwu,

As I always say, some guys like blondes and some like redheads.

Me, I'm with you. I saw one just last week and could not believe that a luxury car brand could produce/market such an ugly looking vehicle.
