Do you have a picture of the missing parts?
Hi Rollaboy

Your English is very good, I do not know any Swedish..........lol

No problem with the length of thread, all the adjustment is on the shock shaft using the adjustment collars.

Here is a picture of the way Zack cut the bottom brackets and re-welded them.
I think the top of the bracket has the tread slightly recessed to make it easy to screw on to the shock tube. That is why the top is cut off and welded back on.
Next is the pdf Zack sent me of the missing lower plates, just a disc with a cut out for the air feed connector.

Cheers
Steve

Your welcome fracmann and thanks for the thanks.

If you require any more info, just ask.

I don't do many miles in the car (weekend toy), but so far not a single problem with the install.
It works perfectly and does just what I want it to. Been on a couple of long trips down to Le Man and all works great.
Hopefully I am going to change the set up in the trunk next year to loose some of it in the well under the trunk floor.

Best regards
Steve

Hi Steve,

How's the weather across the pond?

In Atlanta, it has been one crazy fall-winter. And this is supposed to be the south!

Also...

I wonder how Rollaboy is doing on his massive build...

Merry holidays!

Mandy

Hi Mandy

It's damp, cold(ish), foggy and miserable here, just like most of our winters.

Get Christmas over and we can start looking forward to spring which seems forever coming.

Biggest highlight at the moment is getting my 2014 trip down to Le Mans organised. Going to be a big year next year with Porsche coming back and Mark Webber driving.
Going over for five days next year and driving down the coast road so really looking forward to it.

I was wondering how Micheal(rollaboy) was doing too. He will probably come back on when he has finished his build and I think it will be a stunner.

Take care and have a great Christmas Mandy.

Best regards
Steve
