Default Any sucess on importing Iphone 3g into 05 Bluetooth?

I'd appreciate if anyone has had success on getting their bluetooth handset to import their contact list from their Apple iphone 3g 3.1.3
I can get them to pair up, but no luck getting them to share the contact list

Car 05 SC 430
Apple iphone 3G

Thanks
Ken

Last time I spoke to Lexus there was no ability to upload your contact list at once I have a 2005 and I am using a the I phone 3 G And I get the loud static burst when i want to make a call. I just live with it. I have to up load the contacts one at a time and I have to use my old razor to do it.

I have the same car as mrblister and I too could not get my iPhone 3G, 3GS and now my 4S to load. I just did it manually a long time ago my most frequent numbers and that's it. Just Bill Gates, Beyonce, Kobe Bryant, etc. The usual contacts. LOL

I have no issues with any static burst, connects really clean, I increased the send volume to 5 and all's good with that respect.
I'll load the contacts in manually I guess

What version of Iphone are you using ?

MIne is the 3G and others I have spoken with have this same issue with the loud static burst noise . It does not happen every time but often enough its a pain

The iphone 3G does not have the ability to upload any contacts either all at once or one at a time.to a gen 4 system in my 2005 sc430 I think its because it is not able to push the contact . I have to use an other phone in order to add one at a time .

In my wifes Lexus 2010 ES 350 the i phone can upload the entire address book at one time . I believe the problem with my 2005 sc430 is the version of navigation Gen 4 .

Just go on craigslist and buy a phone that you can transfer contacts over. I bought an old Blackberry Pearl.
