Yes, they will (the whole setup of shocks+springs).
A couple members here have put the 06 ones onto their 02-04.

i'am right, 02-04 struts and springs can fit on the 06. thats what i've been saying. as long as you change both.

Please help me understand I want a 1.2-1.4 drop. I can buy any 02-04 spring as long as I change the shocks to an 02-04 also?

Can anyone recommend a combo? I've been driving a 4x4 sc430 with lincoln towncar handling for 2 months because I dont want to trust just anyone to install coilovers, but springs I can trust Billy Bob, Gomer, heck even Sears.

if you going to change the springs on the 06 you must also change the dampers to the 04 to. i used the Swift Sport Springs small drop .8 front and .6 rear only. they make others, need to call them. real nice springs.
