Default Should I buy?

I currently own a very clean 94 SC400 w/ a beautiful 2 year old paint job Midnight Indigo Pearl. I have within the last year reupholstered the front seats and the middle bolster with fresh clean leather. The car is cherry save for some rear bumper scuffs (God damn rude selfish drivers!)

But I have come across the opportunity to purchase a 05 SC430 Silver with Black interior with 59K. The vehicle has only has two owners, an elderly woman and then her middle aged son.

He is asking for 23.5K cash in hand to walk away with the car this weekend.

What do you guys say? Good buy? should I dump my sc400 and move to the convertible?

I would definitely take this one. Lower miles, same color and interior, 2006 with all the best upgrades (rims, new front end with new headlights, LED tails) and only $2,000 more. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false Now, you may need a little research, because it does seem a little cheap for years and miles, but maybe it just hasn't had luck selling.
