Default POLL: Scion FR-S or SC430

I'm curious if anyone considering the Scion FR-S? Rumor is that 0-60 will be 5.9-6.2 seconds, price for 6mt starts at $24,930. It's light, agile, well-balanced, fuel efficient and 0-60 comparable to SC430. But it's not as luxurious, not convertible and not Lexus. For a car buyer, I wonder if they would choose a new Scion or used Lexus.

Definitely add it to the collection, but wait till Subaru makes it an STi. Then, buy the Subie, or take the turbo from the BRZ and put it in the FR-S. It would be an incredibly light, quick car, for relatively cheap, and many mods available.

I don't think someone that truely loves their SC430 will trade in their car for a FR-S since they're two different cars. It's just like some folks will never buy an SC430 over a true sport car for the same $$$.

Now, adding the FR-S as a secondary car. That's a good point.

Just checked it out. It does have really nice lines but is no match for the sc430 for many reasons. huy33 is right; they're two completely different cars.
