SC on TV!

SC430 on 24
After watching last night, did anyone else spend hours in a useless quest to find the keyhole that was used to open the trunk from the outside?

What keyhole?
I have already deleted that show from the TiVo, or I'd look again, but I was thinking the same thing at the time. When the cop said to get out of the car and open the trunk, I was wondering if the kids knew how to open the trunk.
So I was watching pretty carefully, and my recollection is that the boyfriend came around to the back of the car and fumbled with the key and used the remote to open the trunk. I did not see him get that close to the car itself when the trunk lock was released.
My thought then was that I did not think the kid was bright enough to figure out how to do that. After all, he just committed larceny (computer monitor), assault (on the dad), kidnapping and grand theft auto, all because his big-breasted girlfriend said "please." I probably missed a few felonies, and we'll ignore the speeding.
However, I must confess, despite all the hints that mom was missing, I was unprepared for the surprise in the trunk, which is why this show remains among the best on TV. I love visiting with Nina and Sherry each week.
Maybe next week Jack will saw off Nina's head. I can't wait.

Our beloved SC430 seems to be the vehicle of choice for rich bad guys on TV this year. So far I've seen a black SC being driven by the corrupt DEA agent in the pilot of Fastlane and the abusive dad chasing nanny Kim (Kiefer Sutherland's daughter) in this season's 24 drives a blue SC.

It's Baaack!
I was watching television last night, and there it was...
In the previews for the upcoming TV movie, "The Crooked", based on the Enron scandal. One of the opening shots shows an Egyptian Biege SC430. Guess in the producers' minds our car stands for greed and wretched excess! Hmmmm....

Or
Or maybe the person portrayed actually owned such a car. It certaily would not be an unusual car in Houston (or whereever they were).
I'm still trying to get over the dead lady in the trunk on 24.
