Running rough
Ok guys, here goes.
2002 sc430 109,000 miles. Last 20k problem went from being only at cold startup to the first mile or so. Car kinda bucks as if it is not getting proper fuel. I have cleaned the throttle body as well as the associated sensors as previously recommended by other members. I am thinking a vacuum leak. No codes thrown and no other symptoms. Any thoughts

It could be the plugs. When plugs fail, the root cause is usually not the plugs themselves failing but a condition that fouled the plugs hence service life was compromised. The plugs of today are almost bullet proof. They are for all intent and purposes, a commodity.
Plugs are recommended to be changed @ 120K, last I read it on the manual.
Rough running could be a host of other things other than plugs:
1. Throttle Body
2. Gasoline qaulity issues
3. Water in your fuel line
