2002, purchased 2011 with 104k miles - in the summer (rare event in the UK) open 3 times a week so thats an average of 36 per annum, over its lifetime (assuming previous owners did same) thats around 360 openings.

In my ownership it has stuttered to open twice - I press the open switch and it began the process then stopped - unsure if my finger slipped on the switch or it detected a problem.

On both occasions It sort of felt like the roof to windscreen wasnt being released correctly - you could see it flexing but it just stopped.

As i say, I can't rule out my finger slipping slightly on the switch.

But on both occasions I just started the cycle again and it was fine.
