Chirping While Turning. Diagnostic Help, Please.
Here’s the problem: As one ascends my parking deck, going level by level, one reaches a flat area between the end of one ramp and the start of the next. As I complete what can be best described as the U-turn between the two ramps, begin to straighten the steering and press gently on the accelerator to continue my ascent, the car makes a loud, brief, high-pitch chirp (a half-second or less in duration). All these are left-hand turns, so I don’t know whether it will occur during right-hand turns. It happens during 2/3rds of the turns of so. It seems to come from the front of the car—ahead of the cabin. And finally, no tire, wheel, or suspension work in the recent past. Any ideas/suggestions about what might be the cause of all this? Thanks in advance for your input.

The parking deck at my work has kinda slick floors and you can almost make the noise when stationary by turning the wheels. If you do the exact same 180 degree turn on regular payment does the noise happen? Have you ever heard it outside the parking deck?
