i read the wheel fitment guide for the sc430 and still need help, sorry

do you know if 20"wheels from a 2005 ls430 will fit on a 2002 sc430? (it looks like they have differant offset)

More than likely they will fit. Post your wheels offset for sure. I used my LS430 19" wheels and they fit.
Mine are 19x9 ET44, 19x10 ET49,
The tires are lower profile for the SC430 so you do need new tires.

Are they 20x9 front and 20x10 rear? If the ET were 40 front and 43 rear, they will do fine. make sure you get the right size tires for the SC.

They are very conservative for an SC, we have a post that list the correct offsets for our SC's, you should check it out.
