Default Question about passenger side outside mirror

The remote works to move the mirror in and out but the control for up and down is not working. There is no motor noise. Anyone else have this problem and if so what is the fix?

Sounds like a bad motor.

Anyone ever replace a motor? Is it a DYI? Where do you get them?

Here's a link of a 2007 post that may help.

Search feature is not easy to master.

What is needed is a tutorial of how to best use the search function to find what you need. Then it should be a sticky.

I agree with FLYCT. A tutorial on the search engine and as a sticky would be nice.

Have you checked all of the appropriate fuses?

If the mirrors move in any direction then it cant be a fuse. Its most likely a bad wire or loose connection
