I'm having all 4 of my wheels re painted. As of now, I'm having the stock silver redone but have a few days to decide if I want something else.

I thought about powder coating gloss black. It would be quite a contrast with the chrome 5 spoke cover.

Anyone have any photos of other wheel finishes on 2006+ wheels?

Mine are Gunmetal Gray with a not so bright brushed center. They sound cooler than they are. In the bright sunshine the wheels look silver but in anything but bright light they look like they are full of brake dust.

I took a photo of just the rim and had it photo-shopped on the car but when the wheels were installed, well it took a bit of getting used to.

I haven't quite decided what to do. on the sunny days I like them but other times... not so much.
