That is a very old serpentine belt. 
Splendid job on those cam covers!
Now to find a way to showcase them when you lift the hood.
Of course when I saw the method you used to bake them, I immediately showed this post to my wife. She had a fit when she found me rebuilding a Holley double pumper on the kitchen counter and we won't even mention the time I wanted to de-grease some cylinder heads with Dawn dish soap in the dishwasher. Some women just don't understand.
