Default Motor Mounts

so all you guys know. just had Megan motor mounts installed, both of mine were gone. no VIBS what so ever, I can see the difference. very good mod, up grade. from sonic motors.

motor mounts seem to make a world of difference with the vibration

I had no vib with the stock mounts just a little shack. the engine will only twist when you give it gas, the megans are much stiffer mounts then the stock mounts, when you use a stiffer mount you sometimes get a vib because the motor will not move. the stock mounts move were the megans will not. that's what I mean by a vib. its like not having a mount. its a term use in racing.

Installing motor mounts a big job or can it be a DIY job? Do you mind telling us what you paid for the parts and labor, if you had them installed? Thank you.

I paid for the rear bilstein, plugs, rear backups and the motor mounts 350.00 + mounts cost 187.00 friend shop. mounts are tight. go with the megans 10x better. sonic motors
