Last evening we were driving our Silver SC430 and we stopped at an intersection where the light just turned RED. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.......All 4 directions at the light had an SC430 as the first car. To my left was a Black one with Tourmaline wheels. To my right was another Black one with Pie Plate wheels. Facing opposite direction was a Red one. Mine was the only one with the top down.

What are the odds of that?

That's so cool. Too bad you all didn't get a picture. Yesterday I passed an SC and he flashed his lights at me to say hi. My top was down, his was up. On the way back home on the same road I passed another SC. This time my top was up, theirs was down. I just love seeing other SCs.

 

I passed two on my way to the post office today. Pretty high body count up here North of Dallas. But FOUR at a light? Man that's just a party waiting to happen!

 

That's crazy :O! I see alot these days but everyone keeps there top up... i think im the only one here that keeps my top down in the SC.. I was driving few days ago like 30 km away from my house, saw a mint black 06+ SC stopped at light, I passed by in right lane and turned right ... then I saw the car catching up to me in rear view mirror, suddenly it was right next to me lol and it was an elderly lady, she waved at me with a big smile and drove past. Next thing i discover that she lives down my street lol what are the chances of that : I

 

There was a white sc430 in the same, we both keep it in the garage, we bump into each other few time, but she's too cool to even say hi

 

I didn't think of taking a picture as I was in shock. The guy to the left intersection, with the black with Tourmaline wheels was staring at me. We also have the same wheels. I was making a right turn and there were cars behind me. It all happened too quickly.

Our Silver SC430 doesn't get the same notice as our red one gets. They both drive great.

We had a recent dilemma. We're downsizing and needed to let one of our Lexus's go. We ended up selling our LS460 and kept both SC430s and the CT200h. We just couldn't give up either SC.

That's neat! I saw a number of SC's in Rehoboth last month. They get a lot of Washington DC and Baltimore summer guests and it seems to be a good beach car. I had to drive the Tundra there for the family use. Would have liked to have had mine along. There was a red one for sale at a dealer there but it seemed to have been re-painted. I think it was an 06 or 07.

 

I like the fact that there aren't many in my town. I like to stand out a little

 

Three in my town :-) two in my garage and my neighbor silver 06 is for sale $32k with 23k miles.
It's a little high asking price.

Hey Juli what color is your SC ? I am around in ATL a lot so I will look out for you and say hello if I see you. Look out for the TAP 430 with OEM twisty rims and NJ plates. I am the only one. I see quite a number of SCs a week in the ATL/Marietta area.

 

Mine is white. 2008.
