Default Since we are talking about air intake
We have a lot of knowledgable people here. What's your take on that "Tornado" doohickey that you put in the air intake that is supposed to increase HP and fuel efficiency by making the air intake swirl?

It looks interesting but I don't know enough about the workings of car motors to know if it really makes sense.

If it was that easy, why isn't it just built in to all the cars in production?

Rod,

It's junk and doesn't do anything. You're best off with just an open element like the Injen or the K&N.

Car and Driver tested it, I think mileage got worse. Hey I have a bridge to sell you....

That thing would work if they installed it inside a turbo or supercharger.
