We have a lot of knowledgable people here. What's your take on that "Tornado" doohickey that you put in the air intake that is supposed to increase HP and fuel efficiency by making the air intake swirl?
It looks interesting but I don't know enough about the workings of car motors to know if it really makes sense.
If it was that easy, why isn't it just built in to all the cars in production?
