Default Sc430 Lexus dealership service experience (Pending Resolution w/ service manager)

Sc430 top will no longer go down. Dealership is 5 minutes away from work so I decided to take her in for some dry feedback. Service greeter heard my story and took my keys. Turned the ignition with the same hand holding a blue pen therefore writes in blue ink when turning the ignition on my precious ecru leather... I'm heated. Called back the dealership and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before the phone attendant provided me the cell phone of the service manager. This is currently pending for a resolution so I will not disclose the dealership location but absolutely Wow. I am disgusted by awful training that leads to pen ink on my ecru leather. Absolutely disappointing.

Sorry about what happened, they will take care of it.. Ecru is very high maintenance. Some owners have got it painted when the leather starts cracking and shows.

So what was the deal with your top not working.

Can't believe how inconsiderate the service writer was, my Lexus dealer would have fired the employee on the spot!
