Not neccessary! It could be the alternator. Get yourself a multimeter and google how to check alternator (or just go to the local part store and ask them to check the alternator/charging system.

By the way, i am strongly recommending that you find a new mechanic

Let us know how it goes.

Curious. Did the place that replaced your battery load test the one they just took out? Normally that's required for warranty replacement.

I will let you know if I have any more trouble. No the dealer did not check the battery when he gave me a new one.
