Default Top andtrunk
Push button to open the trunk will not unlock.
Push button for top close will not work.
Need help.anyone

Sounds like the battery is gone in your key AND the valet trunk button on the vehicle is pushed to disable the switches, which would be a double whammmy.

Check that the luggage rail is properly stowed when you open the trunk as that might have been displaced by the car hitting a pothole or something.
