Raizin Voltage Stabilizer- Waste of Money
I bought this device off Amazon called a Raizin Voltage Stabilizer. It is supposed to increase torque and improve overall electrical functions of the car. You just connect it to the battery and then three ground wires in other places (i.e,, which I don't really understand why three ground wires).
The device emits a voltage readout, and I guess as you turn on devices in your car such as the radio it is suppose to smooth electrical output to the rest of the car.
I spent an hour or so installing this device. I started my car up fine, with no warning lights or blown fuses, But I felt no difference with this device.
I just wanted to let everyone know so you wouldn't waste your money as I did. I'll keep it installed for now to see if perhaps I notice a difference.
Anyone know about this device?

Very small improvement and not worth the money.

Voltage stabilizers work well on older cars. I had an old 91 accord with grounding issues and the car would die randomly even though the battery and alternator was good and it clearly lost HP(at least felt like it). I used a buddy club voltage stabilizer and it helped with the issue but really just recovered lost HP from my electrical issues, not really gained any new HP. My friend runs voltage stabilizers on his Porsche 944 cup cars but they are 1980s cars
On newer cars, they are pretty much worthless because technology has advanced where our cars are running on more than a a distributor cap/rotor and spark plug wires. The computer pretty much controls everything. I actually dont really know any newer cars that still run on distributor caps. You wont see any real noticeable difference on our cars so YES it is a waste of money for an IS
