New Tire Option

Has anyone considered a Bridgstone Drivegard Tire option to replace the run flats? I just learned about this tire. The Firestone dealer was really pushing them. He claimed they rode as well as a normal tire but allowed for airless driving up to 50miles due to a stiff sidewall construction.

Any thoughts? He claimed they are a hybrid type run flat/normal tire
