Dead battery
Twice in the last year the car has been dead, each time I find that the trunk is cracked open. Is it possible that some other remote could be triggering it open? I guess I could just remove the trunk lite bulb, but wondering. Thanks

Changing the bulbs in the trunk to LEDs has two significant advantages. First, there is a lot more light back there when you open the trunk. Second, they draw so little power that even if you leave the trunk open all night, the draw on the system will probably not drain your battery. If I can think of a disadvantage of making this change, I'll let you know.
