I'm painting my brake calipers next week. Should I spray or brush. which will give best results? I don't want to remove the calipers.
Thanks

You won't get good results unless you remove the calipers and thoroughly clean them, etch the metal then paint. I've had best results using engine enamel instead of caliper paint, it doesn't matter if you spray or brush.

I used G2 paint. Took off the front calipers and carriers off, but left the backs in place. With the car jacked up and wheels off there are good access to the rears. I used brake cleaner and small wire/brass brushes to clean really, really thoroughly. The G2 paint, though brushed, flows beautifully. After nearly two months, they look great (so do the vinyl Lexus script/logos that I applied).
