Stainless Lexus scuff plate on door sills
Does anyone know if Lexus sells just the stainless scuff plate
that has the Lexus name on it ? Not the whole plastic piece
that the stainless piece fits into. These tend to get dented
very easily...and I just wondered what they cost to replace ?

Not sure. Contact Sewell. Their website just shows the complete assembly. They might be able to help.

Nope - only the entire piece. I ruined one side while trying to figure out how to change the light from amber to blue and found a replacement on flea bay for about $100. You can get an OEM scuff plate w/o Lexus logo that fits over it. You may be able to find the plate only for other models at Sewell or EBay.
