you can not use the ISF-Sport bar just get the 2008 ISF rear sway bar just so you know 17mm weather straight or like the 17mm is not stiffer. the only way you can use the 19mm is do what Slvbullet did. going from 12mm to 17mm makes a world of difference. I also use the GS 28.6 Front Bar.
FYI, IS-F owners have been upgrading their original IS-F rear sway bar (17mm) to the F-Sport rear sway bar (19mm) for an even stiffer rear end and reduced understeer. Whether or not it would fit on a SC430 is a different story.

there is a metal bar in the center of the car that stops you from using a straight bar unless you do what Slvbullet did. otherwise you can't use the ISF-Sport Bar 19mm
the 17mm go's round this bar that's why it fits

So for those that didn't catch my post and pictures on this ...
Before Bacardi discovered the ISF OEM option folks used the TRD 32mm front sway bar from the older GS's. However the rear TRD 19mm sway bar was straight and wouldn't fit around the SC430 rear chassis support. I got tired of waiting and needed to balance the rear so I had the shop I work with modify the rear chassis support so the straight TRD sway would go through it. The job cost more than the rear TRD sway bar from Sewell but at the time I had no other option.
I also use the Cusco STB, Megan motor mounds and coil overs. I have been really happy with the handling at the track. Now my driving skills need to catch up ... More track time will help with that.
As Bacardi says, the 17mm rear is a great improvement and is close enough to match thenTRD fr 32mm if you have it already.

Yea it suck doing work on my back. Especially since I don't have a garage and my hoa freaks out when I work in front of my house. I end up doing work on the side of the highway outside my house on ramps. I don't mind most of the time, but I don't like yanking on tight suspension bolts. I also tried working in two local parks, but got kicked out of both and one park ranger even called the police

Maybe you could find a friend that will let you work in their driveway.
