I'm considering purchasing from my father-in-laws estate a 2002 SC430 in great condition with 42,000 miles. Color is the girlie champagne with camel interior. The entire vehicle is stock with no extra modifications.

I'd pay $15,000, book seems to be $16,000 and a non-related party has offered $17,000. I don't need a 4th car. Purchased as an investment, which is hard for me to believe, what do you think this car would sell for to a SC430 enthusiast?

i have 2002 with 74500 i would not sell it under 19000 but have done many upgrades again that's just me.

 

As an investment the price is high I feel. If you are an enthusiast..well you can't put a price on happiness.

These are starting to hold there values around these levels, but at the end of the day certain colors and interior combos will sell easier.

 

That is a steal if it's been garaged and never driven in snow. Also, there is no girlie color.....all SCs look great.
