]Hi there,

I've been a long time admirer of the sc430 so today I finally pulled the gun and bought my 2002 silver SC with the black interior and rose wood. 125k miles on it. Runs fantastic previous owner has all the receipts for the services done and I got it for a steal at 10,000. I'm very pleased with myself and I'm happy to be apart of this new community.

Regards,

Joe[/QUOTE]

We had the car shipped from FLA to NC, and it arrived earlier this week. My 16 year old son is already bugging me to drive it, and my 14 year old daughter cannot wait to drive it as well. The SC430 is my first convertible and my parent's last. It feels like they are passing the torch on to my wife and me. They started with a 1976 MG and closed with the SC430, which was not a bad run. I'll post more pictures soon.

what part of NC? We are in OBX.

Default 2004 PiePlate

Hi everyone. I bought mine in 2014 for $27K, a white 2004 with 55K miles on it then. I just turned 80K this week, still running like a Swiss, or is that Japanese, watch! Thinking now about the timing belt.

2004 with pie plate wheels. Lotsa compliments.

TB&WP are over due. I’d get it done. It’s much cheaper than the engine.

02, w/ 92,000miles (ex usa car from california). No accidents, bought it in 2017 for 14,000 Canadian.

Threw in a head unit, backup camera, and those rims. LOVE IT !

Still love my SC430 more than my new LC. these seats are DELICIOUSLY thick

OHHH. You Rat Bastard. 😁 love the LC500 looks. Not a fan of the interior. But Lexus knocked it out of the park in design. Have you heard anything about a possible hard top?

I don’t think they’ll ever do a hardtop. Even the SL went soft top again due to complexity, weight, space, etc.

Thanks for the details and additional pics. Your statement about loving it more than your new LC is incredible. I'm surprised Bit didn't delete the post!

BTW...I love the seats as well. They even make long trips comfortable. I drove non-stop from San Jose to Irvine (400 miles) and was hardly fatigued!
