If you had a mechanic do the job it should be under warranty, have him test it and fix the issue.

what pins do i jump?
3&14 or 4&14
any pictures? and step by step instructions

please
I will add a picture of the male end of the OBDII connector, it has a total of 16 pins.
1-8 on the bottom row, or wider section of connector.
9-16 on the top roe, or narrower section of connector.

If you zoom in on this picture, you should be able to see the PIN numbers.
Short pins 4-14,
Turn on key, engine off
VSC light will flash fast
Turn off key
Pull wire

Start car and drive down the street, any lights?

I tried the jumper wire and nothing happened
I must've had the wrong pins
Vsc didn't even blink

Make sure you can see the metal pin hole in the connector, some pin holes do not have metal pins, next
When you look at the connector, the location of pin 1 is as follows, counting from the firewall side and top row is on the passenger side. Count 1,2,3,4, insert the wire.

Next, pin 9 is located, firewall side, drivers side. Count 9,10,11,12,13,14, insert the wire.

Turn the key on, VSC light should be blinking...you know the rest.

BTW, I am not trying to rude, just trying to provided as much detail as possible.

Once you have the wire inserted in the connector, you need to take a picture and post it up here.

Ok I tried the jumper wire thing again
But I unhooked the battery first to clear the check engine light first
I put the negative cable back on
And turned the car back on
The check engine light was off and the vsc light was blinking very fast
Turned the key off and pulled the jumper wire started the car and no lights came on
I let the car idle while I reset my nab and radio stations put the car in drive and took a ride
No lights came on until I hit the interstate at 70 mph the check engine light came back on followed by the vsc lights!
What do I check now?

Go to any major name auto parts store (autozone, advance auto parts or O'reily's). They will read the codes in your car for free, you can ask them to reset the codes but they are not supposed too.

When you get the codes, post them here...

I think your check engine light is causing your VSC light. Sounds like that O2 sensor was no good.
