Found this one that claims to be compatible with 64 bit, and appears to be correct firmware and software:

That looks like it would do it. Expensive though! Just because it says it is compatible with 32 bit and 64 bit does not say it will load 64 bit drivers automatically. Not saying it won't, just be aware. Again, you can load the drivers on a 64 bit machine, it just won't do it automatically. Maybe this one does.

That's the one I bought, Brett. It works fine on my 2004 SC430.

They had a readme.txt file and a .bat file on the included CD that did all the hard install / loading work for me with a Win 8.1 64 bit laptop.
