stock headunit aftermarket amp

It should be possible to identify the various right and left channel outputs from the head unit and the blue amp remote cable and go from there.
The Beatsonic adaptor connects to the original loom and in conjunction with an aftermarket head unit can provide output for a separate amp or multi amps so it ought to be within the capability of a competent car hifi shop to achieve it.
Do you have a particular model of amp and 3 way component speaker system in mind?

...it can be done, but I think you will lose the voice feature for the nav system. If you remove the radio, you will have to identify all the speaker wires from the radio, headed back to the factory amp. You could either add rca jacks/connectors to these lines or run them straight to the new amp (high side). This will bypass the factory amp altogether. If you use a 2 channel amp, then you should pair your speakers front & rear.If you use a 4 channel amp, you can separate your speakers front/rear & left/right. I would also use an amp that has it's own sub channel....hope this helps some
