...I agree with GStar, but we have to remember that MB's emblem is factory & the Lexus emblem (shown in thread) is aftermarket

 

I own two MBs and would never allow that blingy light up star on any car I own. Would never allow that on my SC for sure. Can understand why some think it's cool but really just not for me.

 

Many comments over the years have given the impression that no matter what modification you did to the SC it could only help to improve it's looks. Most of us owners seem to see something beautiful or at least are prepared to forgive the flaws we see to be able to own / drive something that sets us apart from the rest of the flock. We don't want to be counted like sheep so even among our own small herd we again try to stand apart by individualising our own cars with modifications some very subtle and some less so.
As my sc gets older and rarer I find myself comparing it to a bottle of fine wine that is maturing nicely and mellowing with age. I appreciate that no matter what changes we may make this is still not going to be a taste that suits every palate. As the old saying goes "opinions are like ******s, everyone's got one" so I'll just add my 2 cents.
In my own opinion its a bit "too bling", I really feel that adding this to my sc would be like adding a can of Red Bull into my glass of Gran Reserva. Again if that is the taste that floats your boat by all means go ahead and enjoy. With or without the extra bling I hope that like me you still get that smile on your face whenever you take it out for a ride.

 

I really want to get on for mine but can't seam to find right size. I have a 2016 Lexus is300 F sport. Any info would be great!
