Default New owner of SC430 - Bluetooth problem

Hi all,
I just bought the new pre-owned 2007 SC430. Very happy about the car performance but very frustrated in trying to set up my Samsung Note 2 with the Lexus Blue Tooth. I checked the Lexus website and found out they are not tested for compatibility. Besides, the voice commands did not work very well. Anyone has an answer?

Lexus stopped updating that list long before the Note 2 was invented. Just pair it using the generic pairing instructions.

Voice commands have nothing to do with Bluetooth.

On the toggle button on the steering wheel, up for voice command access, down for phone access.

I tried to pair but the phone could not find the Lexus . I'll take it to the dealer. Thanks.

Took the car to the dealer, got the sc and the phone to pair, the remaining problem is the sc would not download the phone book. It keep asking for the phone send over the data.
How do I do it.? I have a Samsung note 2.
