Take a look at this. It might cause your stalling problem if the radiator fix didn't solve the problem. It is kind of a wild guess though.

I need to drive it more to see what happens, but
it always starts perfectly, except for the couple of minutes
after it stalled on me those two times. Then I'd have to
feather the gas to get the revs barely up to 2000 and put
it into gear to get 500 feet, if I was lucky, and then it would
stall again.

So, that worked out. Went to a Sunoco and filled it with
$4/gal Sunoco 93 and no problem. Guess I don't need
a charcoal canister. Good, didn't want one anyway. Must
have been a problem with the other Sunoco's gas nozzle.

Also found out last night I do not need a washer pump.
My two fuses 18 and 26 on the passenger side were
fine but no washer fluid spray. The nozzles were filled
with wax. I dug that out with a needle and scraped around
the tiny ball housing so it would move around to aim. Was
able to work the needle about half an inch into the nozzles.
Then turned the needle around to ream some more and aim
the nozzles with the thicker end. Didn't want the needle breaking
off inside the spray tube. Took awhile to get the aim just perfect.
Need to focus on just one of the six jets at a time and aim them
one by one. Always feels good to fix something and actually
have it work.

That sounds like what was happening to me. Each time it would stop it would always restart after waiting a few minutes. AND there was never a code.
The issue came to a head the day it DIDNT restart and had to be towed home from the middle of the main intersection in town.
Turned out it was the fuel pump (the cheap one in the gas tank!) and the fuel pump relay. It seems the relay got welded closed and so the pump was always on and that wore out the pump. Replacing both cured the problem.
But there was never a code.

Intermittent problems in a complex system will keep you
up at night. What's needed is an online Ai technician,
for free. The manufacturer should supply that.

To check the fuel pump theory, just see if there is fuel flowing from the fuel manifold at the back.
