So just saw a TV commercial for this product which acts as an OBDII reader (via smartphone) and a Bluetooth/Emergency Roadside device. It is compatible with the SC430. Just wanted to see what you all thought about it. Hope to hear you comments and insight. Thanks.

Are you wanting it for the Bluetooth emergency part, or is it the obd diagnostics. If it's for live data. Get a elm-327 pair it up to you smartphone or tablet. The elm-327 only cost about $20. The app or apps to use it are free to $50. It works the same way. Plugs into your obd port. You link up by Bluetooth if your using android. If you use Apple you get the wi-if. It makes its own hotspot. It's a hotspot between your ecm and your device not a www internet connection. If your wanting the emergency services in guess hum is ok.

I think the only unique thing is the 24 hour emergency roadside assistance. I haven't had verizon in a while, but I remember having emergency roadside assistance included in my normal phone plan for $3 a month.
Other than the roadside assistance, I am not really sure what is worth a monthly service fee.
Bottom line: I wouldn't pay for it

Thanks for all the comments. I just noticed it on TV and just wondering what other members thought. I did like that it offered handsfree bluetooth calling with the Emergency Service with GPS location. The minimal ODB diagnostics that is included is beneficial but not sure if I'd use it too often. And it seems that it's very minimal, ie. won't allow any true diagnostic vs TechStream. Just wanted to throw it out there. I don't think this product is for me, but I did like how it was an alternative to bluetooth calling but right now my setup with the Arion Eagletech seems much better, as it also allows bluetooth calling (sans emergency services, of course), music track and volume control, "OkGoogle", etc. Guess I will just stay with what works. Thanks again everyone.
