Thanks for the advice. I don't know when did the tires were replaced, the looked new. I'll keep the regular in mind. That means the cost for the new tires and also the spare tire kits. Ouch!

Many of us run without the $700 spare kit despite using regular tires. For myself, I use the Lexus OEM tire inflation compressor with the OEM fix a flat canister embedded within. If you tell your dealer you want the compressor kit that the ISF guys use for their cars, they will know what to give you. Or once you know the part number, you can look online and buy it cheaper.

I have never felt a need to have the expensive spare tire kit.
