Thank you both. Unfortunately while doing that they triggered the vsc off/vsc lights on. I drove back and they plug to scanner. I believe it showed p0300 code but car is running fine. They checked all connections including VSC button button. They were able to get it to turn off but as soon as I drove off they came back on. I drove for about 10 min sand pulled up and turn car off. Restarted the car and lights when off but once I start rolling they come back on. Once I get home will try paper clip trick to see if that fixes it. If not will take back to instalker to fix. Any suggestions???
You should take care of that code. I don't think it was triggered when you installed that new Sony player.
If you have TechStream, use it to scan for the right code. If you don't, just invest $25 and grab it, you won't regret.

please let me know what happenned. I am having the EXACT same problem and I didn’t modify my car at all. As you know I also got my car within a couple months. My codes are different however, same lights on. I tried the paper clip and no luck so I’m taking it to Lexus on the 20th.

typically caused by cracked and broken vacuum lines or the vacuum line came off on the drivers near the spark plugs...do a search on codes P0440, P0441 and P0446

Okay I will check this weekend, or maybe tomorrow. Do you know what general area I should be looking in? Should I take off the engine cover?
Im scared if it will be the VSV or the Charcoal Canister. Keep in mind I didn’t check yet. Is there anything you can say to let me sleep well tonight?
P0441 - just check the hose that has the green valve. It has happened twice to me, disconnected. I think my engine mounts are really bad. Lots of engine vibration will cause that valve disc.

Did the lights go off right when you fixed it, or did you reset them or did they take their own time to disappear?
