Almost. Only things left are the rearview mirror and seat heaters (not a priority), the A/C Unit, and the OEM radio (at a later date)... oh yeah, and the trunk/gas release, hint hint Retro
I had swapped out the seat heaters with blue LEDs, but just switched them back to red yesterday. It just made sense for a "heater" to be red. I did use just a tad brighter LEDs, though. This one is by far, the easiest mod you can do. The whole assembly just pulls out and you practically just drop new LEDs in place. No further disassembly even required.
Check out the thread on the trunk/fuel buttons for an update.
Finally replaced my broken antenna mast with a short whip style antenna (non-functional.)
I removed the nut and the remaining oem mast. The JDM antenna pushed snugly into the chrome nut and came with various threaded posts. I then designed a washer to fit down inside the chrome nut and printed it. Using a lock washer and a 6mm nut, I bolted the antenna to the Chrome antenna nut and reinstalled everything.
The chrome nut has rubber washers on the inside and outside, so water leakage shouldn't be an issue. And again, the antenna snapped into the nut very snug.
I'll take some pictures tomorrow when it is light outside.
BTW, if you have a 3D printer or access to one, someone posted an antenna wrench on thingiverse that you can print out in about 30 minutes. www.thingiverse.com/thing:189020
After getting a better look in the daytime, I made a few minor changes. I designed a new washer that recesses into the antenna base for firmer grip and more water-proofness. I used the shorter threaded post that came with the kit which took a 4mm nut and #4 lock washer. This helped to tighten in the chrome nut even better.
Not sure how many people have a 3D printer here, or else I would post the washer file for others to print. I guess PM me if you want it.
Passes through the chrome nut and recesses into the antenna base ensuring a much tighter and solid fit.
I just got my 2005 sc430 Pebble Beach edition last week as a 50th birthday gift to myself and to my wife (she turns 50 in April). Today I ordered custom plates - "50FIFTY" to celebrate both of us and the new ride.
I also changed out a marker light. This forum helped me figure out how!
Happy to be on this site and looking forward to the ride!

That looks awesome buddy! You did an amazing job! As I'm sure you saw my post, I did something similar before consumer-at-home 3D printing was readily available. Same concept as your modification. Your's turned out really nice! 3D printing has created so many more opportunities for custom projects. Something that might interest you, I've had custom clear side marker housings printed. I think I should have the cab file saved somewhere if you're interested.

I am looking around for a bit longer rubber antenna, all black. That antenna does look a little "cheap".
Would definitely be interested in the file for the clear side markers. For the front, right?
