So I thought I should give the forum a little nugget of appreciation this Christmas season and decided to post a vehicle maintenance log that I crafted from a few different resources from the old interwebs. I originally had one that was printed on the front of a envelope but don't have the ability to print in that fashion anymore. Whomp. Whomp. My shops find it pretty easy since all the info on make, model, year, VIN, and history is all in one place. Feel free to download and modify as you need. I keep one for each of my cars in the glove box with an envelope to keep all my records and just a running list of service and mods by date and mileage. Hope you all find it useful. Glad it's of use to some out there! I wish I could add a column titled RECOMMENDED and type in either "q3k miles" or "q3mo," etc, etc, some something similar for each service type but ran out of space to fit on a single page. Maybe someone can work some Christmas magic and make it fit. I left the empty spaces under each column so I could fit in details of the service for that period and I already write pretty small, so it will be a challenge.
