Default sensor questions

Looking to buy a sc and the service records from the dealer show that the Bank 2 sensors 1 oxygen sensor needs replacing NS Sya it is a heater circuit
another sensor bank 1 sensor 2 heater my question is how many sensors are on these cars and it seems like another heater sensor,please explain I am confused,does this mean the heater didn't work

There are four, two pre catalytic converter two post converter. Oxygen sensors start working properly at around six hundred degrees. The heater in the sensors help get it up to temp quicker. It's not a big deal that it needs to be replaced.
