Arrow P0125 - low temp issue Sc430

New here, hoping for some advice - maybe someone has already found a solution for my problem to share.

Alright folks, heres the long story in an abridged version (if anything doesn't make sense - happy to elaborate).

02' sc430 130k mi.
Had CEL for AF (o2) sensor - bank 1 sensor 1 + CEL for Engine Coolant Temp Sensor
-Replaced both

After replacement - CEL p0125
-Multimeter testing indicated that the New ECT sensor functioning properly (along with the MAF sensor- just in case)

In the hopes of stumbling across a fix (and preventative maint while I was fiddling around anyway) replaced:
Timing belt
Water pump
both cam VVT oil control solenoids
Air filter
Oil / filter
Cleaned Throttle Body
Cleaned MAF Sensor

Purrs like a kitten, but still throws CEL P0125 after clearing and driving a hand full of times. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Folks

Any consolation I am still struggling to clear P0125 myself, I have changed the coolant and thermostat. Currently trying to obtain an ECT sensor

Sorry, no specific advice. Trouble shooting procedures in the FSM almost all require Techstream. Hope the following table helps you narrow down a trouble spot (I found the reference to the PCV valve surprising).
