I have a 2002 sc and would like to buy some new rims,I found a set but they are 18 x7.5 ,offset is 45 and bore is 73mm
Will these just bolt on to my car or do I need anything special..thanks Jimbo

It's to narrow for the stock tire size. A 245-40-18 needs a 8 or 8.5 inch wide wheel.

...although they are .5 narrower, they will fit & you would need to transfer your tpms sensors to the new rims, so that the system will work properly

Also Jimbo, if you have a center bore of 73mm on your rims, you should look into getting hubcentric ring adapters to go from 60.1mm (the SC's center hub size) to the 73mm. Without them, you might get awful steering wheel shakes at high speed. Just something to keep in mind.

If you talk to tire rack they will tell you that 7.5 inch wheel will not let the tire bead seat correctly. If it was a 17 or 16 inch wheel you could because of the higher sidewall. Don't take my word ask the tire professionals.
