Default Hub Centric Rings

Just an observation: 2 years ago I purchased 19" wheels from TireRack. The wheels came with the correct size plastic hub centric rings to match the wheel bore with the Lexus hub. Last week I replaced the plastic ones with aluminum ones that I purchased on Ebay. It made a significant difference in the ride. Much less vibration especially around 60MPH and a much more solid feel.

I did not know plastic ones were being used. Depending on what plastic used, it may not have the right hardness. I am glad I have the AL ones.

Honestly not likely the problem. Probably re-seating your wheels fixed it more than anything. The problem you can run with the aluminum ones is it can difficult to remove from the wheels when you need to. Aluminum on aluminum can fuse. Anti seize can help.
