Question Headlight bulbs

Hello! I'm a new member, having joined today. I have an '02 SC430 that needs a low beam bulb on the driver's side. The car is in the body shop so I have the headlights out of the vehicle. I can easily get all the bulbs out with the exception of the low beam. There is a gray circular cover that has arrows and "Open/Lock" stamped on it. I can't turn it. Is this how I access the bulb for replacement?
Thanks!
John

On the 2006 you do not twist. You depress two metal tabs and the bulb comes straight out the back. I assume the 2002 is the same.

Thanks, iolmaster! The '02 must be different than the '06(?) There are no clips. Just a large round gray cap that has the words "Open/Lock" stamped on it. I've attached a photo of the assembly and really appreciate anyone familiar with the procedure to replace the bulb to give me some direction. (I don't want to damage anything) Thank you!

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. The 06 has the cap also. When I did my HID lamp replacement I rotated the gray cap to the left to access the lamp.

My cap seems to be stuck. I don't want to force it and break anything. Is there a trick to loosening the cap? Or do I just exert whatever pressure is necessary to rotate it counter-clockwise? Thanks!

...it may just be dirty in the groves, I would try washing with some warm water & turning maybe at the same time. It should come off, just put a little elbow into it

Thanks. I'll try that later today. Have a good day!
