Default Timing belt Service 2016

I know this has been up and down the latter many time...I am looking for prices in the last year or so.
Work needed or want done.

TIMING BELT REPLACE
WATER PUMP REPLACE
TENSIONER REPLACE
IDLER PULL REPLACED
THERMOSTAT REPLACE
ANTI FREEZE REPLACED
DRIVE BELT REPLACED
INSPECT UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSES
LOANER CAR FOR A DAY

price 1530.00 at lexus dealer.......The car is 2004sc430 with 27k miles Is this in line with todays prices? Am looking at age and not the miles??

The list of items you mentioned to be replaced come in a $250 OEM Timing Belt package you can purchase from xmazon.

The labor for the TB is $500 tops, utilizing a TECH who either works for LEX or TOY.

Keep in mind that the 4.3L engine is used by the Tundra. So Toyota can do this for you for much cheaper.

Having said that, nothing beats the Lexus treatment and the Loaner car which can be a 2016 GS350…good luck anyway.

You can get the Aisin TKT-021 on Amazon. Aisin is the OEM for Lexus.

Do a search before having this done......I have read where other members feel that the time limits are bunk!!! Mileage is the big wear factor. At 27k my bet is you are in fine shape.

The trouble if you ask any auto repair service, there looking at there bottom line and will say change it no matter what...I have did some search but hard to get the real story on the web any more just to much
crap out there.....Wish I could find some scientific proof or some real research on this matter,could do alot of mods with that money.......

Forgot about the Long Life Coolant, you will need 2 Gallons. You have to drain the radiator.
