I need some help...trying to replace the Crankshaft position sensor due to a check engine light code P0335. How many sensors does the 2002 SC430 have? How difficult is it to replace? from looking at some of the schematics, It looks like I need to remove the accessory belt and the cover over the timing belt. thank you for any help.

There's the crank position sensor bottom of the picture. You should be able to pretty easily get to this after removing the under trays.
This picture curtesy of Bgw70 from his timing belt change thread. Thank you Bgw70

That schematic is wrong. It is calling to camshaft sensor the crankshaft sensor, and vice verse.19300C 1930050020 SENSOR ASSEMBLY, CAM POSITION. SENSOR ASSY, CAM POS . Look it up on Sewell or other dealer you will see.
The crankshaft sensor is the one in the picture down at the bottom pointed at the crankshaft harmonic balancer. You can also see the camshaft sensor by the camshaft on the drives side behind the yellow and blue wires.
You won't have to remove anything but the under trays to gain access to the crankshaft sensor.
On part 11322A you can see the cutout where the crankshaft sensor is housed.

Yeah somebody on that first one switched them in some mistake that wasn't caught. I would say it's pretty obvious. The cam sensor is at the cam shaft the crank sensor at the crankshaft. No way it would work switched. Bgw70's picture shows Both sensors clearly.
