Rx8 spare donut.what year works sc430
misplaced wordWould like to know the years of RX8 donut that will work for a spare on my 2004 sc430?
Found some old threads but didnt answer the question..Please reply when time allows...

There's a good chance that all RX8 donuts are the same size. You might call Mazda to double check.

I did two searches for you but you might consider doing a few for yourself.
First I searched rx8 years of production and quickly found 2004-2011.
Second, I searched rx8 spare tire and came across the eBay ad.

So your saying a donut from 2004 to 2011 rx8 should be the right years ..I did some google search but just came up
with tires for sale, went to RX8 forum but they just talking about spares for there cars,so I was just looking to buy the right wheel and tires for my 2004 sc430 and want to be sure it will fix....I email one of the ebay sellers about his RX8
donut but he said he did thinl it would fit...Just dont want to put out cash on a non usable item...Thanks for the reply

Ok talk to Madza customer service, they said go to local madza dealer, they said i DONT KNOW, so if there is someone out there with one in there trunk and has mounted on front and back on there sc430 please contract me

Call the Mazda parts department and ask them what spares fit the RX8. IF there are more than one, then ask them what the different specs are.

have not been able to get a direct yes this year spare for the RX8 will for sure fit your 2004 sc430..
Hoping someone with a RX8 in there trunk can give me the years that will fit...They have some on ebay but the seller could not answer my question,so guess will keep looking tell I can find out,one way or another..Thanks again

Ok , I did the leg work for you. Here is a compact spare. It is the same size tire as original sc430 spare. The bolt pattern is 114.3. The bore is 67.1. It will fit the sc430. Even with the bore size slightly larger it is fine as a temporary spare.
