The instructions must have come by email. I can't find them anywhere but this is the guy I bought my replacement key and Fob from. He's very reasonable.

That is the guy I used also. When he sent me the key Fob with the precut key, the FOB had this little black sticker on the back. When I peeled it off there was a Lexus logo and the denso numbers under it.

Your three quickest options are to:
1. take it to a dealer
2. call an automotive locksmith
3. find the key.
Sorry about that, but if they made it too easy, Lexus cars would be stolen left and right
